5. Selection Process

The selection process will consist of three stages:

  1. Stage-I: Common Computer Based Test (CBT) - Paper I & Paper II.
  2. Stage-II: Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). Both are qualifying in nature.
  3. Stage-III: Document Scrutiny.

Note: Since tests run in multiple shifts, scores will be calculated using the Mean Standard Deviation Normalization method.

6. Exam Pattern & Syllabus (CBT)

Paper-I: 100 Objective Type Questions (100 Marks, 2 Hours). No Negative Marking.

Paper-II: Mandatory Qualifying Test of Punjabi Language (50 Questions, 50 Marks, 1 Hour). Must score 50% to qualify. Marks not counted for merit.
